This PowerPoint quiz has been written for International Women's Day on 8th March. It features questions on the history of International Women's Day, political achievements of women in history, inspirational women and female role models and facts and figures about women’s equality and gender parity.

This IWD activity is designed to raise awareness and promote discussion about gender bias and women’s rights among children and young people. It’s a suitable teaching resource for primary school children in UKS2 or for secondary school students across the key stages. It makes a great International Women’s Day activity for tutor time or PSHE during Women’s History Month.
